Job description and duties
Data Intelligence Manager – New York, NY. Caerus US 1, Inc. – Remote
Lead the development and refinement of market access strategies, setting the strategic direction based on data-driven insights. Offer guidance on access plans for products or services. Manage and mentor a team of market access analysts, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering their professional development. Ensure that the team’s work is aligned with organizational goals and quality standards. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market access and healthcare data from diverse sources. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Stay abreast of relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies affecting market access. Supervise the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to key internal stakeholders. Collaborate with client success team, delivery team, and off-site IND team to gather vital information and insights. Maintain strong relationships with external partners to strengthen market access opportunities. Oversee the monitoring and analysis of market dynamics, including in-depth examination of competitors’ market access strategies and pricing models. Implement rigorous data quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data used for decision-making. Telecommuting is permitted. The employee may reside anywhere within the continental United States.
Job requirements
Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or Healthcare Management. Must have three (3) years of experience working as a data intelligence analyst serving in healthcare industry analyzing data and assessing market access strategy.
Experience must include the following
- Three (3) years of experience using QC programming for Real World Data Analytics and utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI, data collection analysis and visualization, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Azure Synapse, Redshift, Alteryx, JIRA, PowerQuery, Excel, SAS, VBA, Snowflake.
- Two (2) years with diagnosis (ICD-9/10), procedure (CPT4/ICD-9/10), National Drug Code (NDC) Coding Systems for statistical modeling, econometric, and data mining tools to support clinical research.
