Job Description

The Campaign Analytics Advisor is responsible for creating end-to-end B2B campaign analytics and measurements solutions (data sourcing, data visualization and advanced analytics) across U.S Commercial Marketing: Broker, acquisition, retention, market conditioning and cross-sell. The Advisor will provide a clear vision for generating omni-channel KPIs, attribution models and actionable insights to prove or disprove business / marketing hypotheses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Measurement of all omni-channel campaign performance, provide recommendations to optimize campaign ROI and inform the creation of more personalized and effective programs
  • Develop overall marketing attribution models for measuring marketing’s impact on business growth and sales funnel development
  • Partner with marketers to develop business hypothesis and leverage predictive analytics and advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic thinking and effective decision making
  • Design and implement A/B test to determine cause and effect relationships between marketing actions and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with key Data & Analytics partners to drive process efficiencies and scale
  • Develop automated reporting solutions, including dashboards that can be delivered as standalone executive reporting packages
  • Ensure timely delivery of results reporting and improve the communication of marketing program performance across the enterprise
  • Provide insights / guidance on the development of buyer journeys, personas and content consumption based upon campaign performance

Qualification:

  • Master’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering, or Sciences, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role including experience in statistical modeling, A/B testing, Python and SQL
  • 5+ years of professional experience building large datasets for measurement and advanced analytics
  • 5+ years’ experience using BI Tools (e.g. Tableau, ThoughtSpot ,Qliksense, Looker etc.)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure, Snowflake etc.)
  • Strong Data Integration (ETL) Skills to create data models as input for BI tools and predictive modelling
  • Experience in Healthcare, insurance or financial services
  • B2B marketing experience/knowledge preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 91,300 – 152,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
