Booksy is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the product team and help shape unique, user-centric software and experiences. At Booksy we work on mobile and desktop apps that thousands of our clients use every day. What the role looks like:
- Take ownership of ongoing US Customer Success business analytics
- Identify, develop and execute data analysis to support the Customer Success business function and drive business impact
- Present written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders
- Create a comprehensive reporting center to track all aspects of team performance within Salesforce, PowerBI and Excel
- Run and share daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards with the team and cross functional stakeholders
- Derive insights from data you observe to help increase efficiency of the team and processes
- Work hand in hand with the US Operations and Global Operations teams in implementing new tools and systems, process automations, as well as new processes
- Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions related to Customer Success
- Assist in creation of communication materials and presentations for weekly team updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, STEM areas
- 1+ years of experience in a business analytics role
- 1+ years of Salesforce experience
- Knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Solid reporting background, from conception to delivery (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
