The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $51 / hourly as a W2 employee.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.

Advisors Deploy Program Management is an execution-oriented client facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:

Deploy is a new suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is a complex task, and with Deploy we can de- risk the entire client/asset journey, from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution. This is done through a set of new capabilities focused on expert execution and project management support, that we are bringing in to complement the traditional Advisors areas of strength.
The Consumer Bank Marketing organization for one of our key clients is looking for a skilled program manager to support the execution and strategy development of marketing programs to our customers in the digital and mobile channels. We are looking for a project manager who has experience managing complex engagements and can collaborate across cross-functional internal and external teams to bring programs to market. Key focus areas include new business development with key strategic partners, managing the creation and execution of new merchant offers, and engaging and deepening existing customer relationships.
This role will coordinate, develop and/or execute the strategy in consumer direct marketing campaigns and collaborate with business partners cross-functionally aligning end-to-end with key internal partners such as Legal, Compliance, Database Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Channel execution teams, as well as external vendors and partners.
Responsibilities
The Customer Campaign Manager will develop and manage direct marketing programs to drive customer engagement on card products bringing more value to the customer and deepening customer relationships. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Partner with core marketing and product teams on program development execution plans for opportunities to include and tailor for key target segment(s)
- Coordinate and manage the marketing segment strategy in BAU programs and execution, ensuring targeted focus and alignment in:
- Marketing brief process
- Creative execution (including managing workstreams with internal/external agencies)
- Channel implementation for seamless end-to-end customer experience
- Execution of targeting strategy (list work management)
- Partner, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Governance approvals
- Offer fulfillment
- Internal communications to the field
- External merchant partner communications
- Results tracking & optimization recommendations
- Coordinate with Product partners on deliverables that address the key elements of the program, including program P&L, end-to-end operational readiness and uniform key analytics and metrics to support Cross-sell strategy
- Manage end-to-end tactical implementation/fulfillment process for specific offer promotions across marketing channels
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the budget including invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. marketing execution, customer channels, data base teams, legal/compliance and governance, analytics, and operations)
- Answer/Investigate client inquiries regarding promos or campaign fulfillment
- Size new business opportunities, assess customer impacts, and make recommendations to enhance current programs and improve results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing including campaign management across direct marketing, digital and mobile channels
- Experience in retail bank marketing preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Creative thinker with proven ability to ideate and problem solve
- Proven analytical, project and process management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter who also has a demonstrated ability to work successfully in team environment and drive results from team
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization
