It is a very exciting time of growth for our Global Business Applications (GBA) team, and we are currently hiring a Dynamics365 (D365) CRM Technical Architect (Sales & Customer Service Modules Required)to provide technical leadership for our implementation team. This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What will my role be?

As a D365 Technical Architect, you will:

  • Develop and implement D365 solutions for customers utilizing deployment best practices.
  • Execute tasks related to customer solution delivery and the software development lifecycle.
  • Lead the development resources of a project team for new implementations and major upgrades, as well as small enhancements and some customer support.
  • Train, guide, and coach developers and participate in knowledge sharing activities.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities.
  • Experience with the following D365 modules. Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Field Service, Sales and the Power Platform (Canvas and Model-driven apps), including the Power Platform portal.
  • Experience working with Dynamics on-prem to online migrations.

What’s required?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • D365 development experience and including two years as an architect.
  • Full-cycle implementation experience.
  • Proficient with D365 development environments and support tools.
  • Proficient in C# and Java Script
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
