Position Overview:

Brilliant Earth is hiring a CRM Administrator to play a critical and meaningful role in building & maintaining our CRM and the connected go-to-market platforms in Brilliant Earth. This includes the Sales & Service modules in the CRM. In this role, you will own the successful completion of the run books of integration & bi-directional integrations.

You will join a growing IT team and report to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications & Analytics. The ideal person for this role thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has demonstrated an ability to be effective with finite resources. What you’ll do:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the CRM integrates seamlessly and ensure data synchronizations.
  • Provide architecture recommendations & implement best-practice processes for optimization and adoption.
  • Manage the user-setups, configurations, customizations of objects, workflows, rules, ensure high standards of data quality, and the migrations from dev to test to prod instances.
  • Act as the subject expert on the data in the CRM system and support cross-functional teams on data dependencies between systems (Netsuite, Verint, Data Warehouse, etc.)
  • Manage the deployment plans for complex change management/rollouts and create and update documentation on processes, policies, configurations.
  • Collaborate with IT for provisioning and management of user access & licenses.
  • Capture business requirements and processes and map them into functional and technical requirements and solutions, troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Develop process flows and internal training documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between internal project team, stakeholders, internal and external partners.
  • Continuously improve the functionality of the system in alignment with business goals and objectives.

You’re a great candidate if you have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on CRM admin experience, including integrations with systems including NetSuite, Data Warehouse and Marketing Automation
  • Implementation experience with SugarCRM, Salesforce or other CRM systems, preferred
  • Proven track record of collaborating with offshore & remote teams, with the ability to form good working relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Clear communication verbal and written style, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the change management process, migrations and upgrades
  • Aptitude to work with business functions to translate their needs into actionable requirements for configuration/development
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, meet deadlines and maintain attention to details in a fast-paced environment
