Description
The Creative Specialist works cross-functionally and is integral to the production of high-quality print, digital and video collateral for internal and external communications. This role works in a dynamic production environment, creating digital media for web, print, and video. This position partners with all internal teams to develop high-quality creative materials for use in multi-media content. This role maintains and adheres to established organizational brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce unique high-quality multimedia for cross functional teams.
- Work within CMS to design, build, and analyze web and landing pages.
- Translate written text or statistics into compelling graphic design or video pieces.
- Support capturing videos to establish shots and/or b-roll in event or multi-camera shoots.
- Participate in the creation of pre-production assets with the Creative Services Team.
- Bring new creative ideas and outlooks to stakeholder’s messaging.
- Develop assets collaboratively with team members and participate in a critical iteration-based workflow.
- Work with copy and typography to fully convey key messages of a project.
- Identify and recommend potential opportunities to incorporate innovative methods and emerging trends within area of expertise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in graphic design, visual communication, media arts, or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience.
- Advanced experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects and Premiere).
- Electronic portfolio of authored resource samples.
