Why Lytx:

We are looking for a highly creative, results-driven Creative Director to join our team at Lytx. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative development for all of Lytxs creative work. The Creative Director drives creative strategy, voice and tone, and stand-out design that elevates the global brand experience across all brand and product go-to-market phases. You should be a conceptual thinker and strong writer, who can motivate a team of creative professionals to produce innovative, effective, and inspiring content that meets our high standards. You should have a keen eye for detail and bring industry changing creative solutions that differentiate and enhances Lytxs unique brand and product position.

This role reports into the VP, Brand, Creative, and Comms and is a key stakeholder advocating for the positive business effects of developing and maintaining a healthy brand.

Youll get to:

  • Lead the creative vision and direction for Lytx, reflecting Lytx’s vision, mission, and positioning.
  • Establish and curate brand guidelines to build consistency and ownership of our global brand look and feel.
  • Protect the brand. Heads the overall quality, innovation, and creative vision. Ensures a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns. Guides written and visual articulation of ideas into concepts.
  • Coach internal and external creative teams across the core creative pillars: copy, design, web/UX, digital, video/photograpy, trade shows, and editorial.
  • Establish functional objectives and measurement approach in line with organization goals.
  • Advise on brief design and structure, resource management and operations and review process.
  • Manage and lead creative reviews and presentations, while successfully presenting concepts and narratives for C-Suite management, sales teams and external audiences in order to influence business and creative decisions.
  • Provide direction and leadership to internal design team and freelance and agency resources.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver creative ideas, strategies and designs across all brand and product categories.

What youll need:

  • 10+ years directing creative, copy, or design with a brand and/or agency; global experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful writing, design, and conceptual work
  • Proficient in creative and project management software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Figma.
  • Must be dependable, positive, open-minded and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience presenting to, influencing, and taking feedback from C-Suite level.
  • Experience with B2B software and technology a plus.
