The Designer, Commercial Creative, is a proactive, self-motivated and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of how stakeholders can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving client experience. In this role you will work closely with the creative, internal account and executive teams in all stages of the creative and strategic process to provide strong conceptual ideas and bring them to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to take creative direction from Sr. Designers, and work independently to deliver exceptional quality design aligned with the creative strategy
Ensures our Alight brand identity is consistently adopted and showcased throughout all deliverables
Manages time and demonstrates good judgment and prioritization when working on multiple, highly time sensitive projects
Effectively leverages internal collaboration tools, archiving strategies and reusable material accessibility
Ideates and develops digital and print assets across a variety of channels (PowerPoint, microsites, digital, print)
Brings creative thinking to transform briefs into visionary sales materials that capture the hearts and minds of our prospects
Delivers high quality design, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to brand strategy
Ensures our Alight brand identity is consistently adopted and showcased throughout all deliverables
Brainstorms and strategizes visual/interactive approaches to ensure delivery of clear, concise and persuasive sales materials
Contributes to the growth of more junior designers and multi-media designers

Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere in between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $75,000.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $82,000.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be bonus eligible. Alight also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
