Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, Retail Operations to elevate our online retail presence while driving venue sales and enhancing the fan experience. The Coordinator will work on assortment planning, sales analysis, vendor negotiation, and shop management. This position is perfect for anyone with a passion for sports apparel, as it combines inventory management and seasonal operations while strategically driving the business forward. This position is full-time and reports to the Sr. Director, Retail Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inventory process from initial purchase order creation to launch, ensuring both assortment and stock level accuracy
  • Coordinate product copy, facets / attributes, and product tagging in Shopify to support merchandising initiatives
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, establishing and maintaining positive relationships
  • Oversee technical aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience optimization
  • Partner with Sr. Director on inventory management per location, internal transfers, and monthly adjustments
  • Prepare and analyze reporting, providing thoughtful business recommendations
  • Assist with all in-venue initiatives: counts, pricing, staffing and merchandising
  • Provide customer support for fans post-purchase, ensuring a best in class experience
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate online promotional events, including marketing content and Shopify updates
  • Stay on top of merchandise trends and ecommerce functionality, delivering new ideas and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Must be willing to work remotely with travel (10 – 12 times per year)
  • Ability to work select evenings and weekends when in season
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Personable and solution-oriented customer service skills
  • Experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
