Title: Coordinator, Platform & Brand Partnerships

The Role:

BrandCycle is looking to hire a Coordinator of Platform and Brand Partnerships for a 100% remote position. This role works across departments to facilitate the growth and operations of our platform technology and retailer relationships. This individual will interact daily with the brand, influencer, marketing and data personnel. What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Communications: Act as a front-line communicator for BrandCycle’s new and existing affiliate brand relationships. Daily communication includes asset collection, placement scheduling and clip distribution as well as CPA rate negotiations.
  • Brand Special Projects: Work with Manager on special projects for the brand team, including seasonal gift guides, sales challenges, new vertical research and more. Provide end-to-end management of special projects.
  • Platform Management: Update commission rates, brand descriptions, terms, offers and banners for existing brands within the BrandCycle network. Add new brands into the network and execute activation campaigns.
  • Campaign Contracting: Build and keep track of various insertion orders, contracts and invoices for brand and influencer teams.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Work with various teams to collect and package affiliate data for mid-campaign pulse reporting as well as end-of-campaign wrap reporting. Check-in with stakeholders to ensure the quality and compliance of all deliverables.
  • Marketing Support: Support Affiliate Growth Specialist with our email marketing channel (Mailchimp) and our internal publisher Facebook group.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Tune, etc.)
  • Strong track record of communicating with and building affiliate relationships.
  • Is comfortable with new and emerging digital platforms and tools
  • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Mailchimp, a plus

  • Homework Assignment: We will send over a quick writing exercise that challenges you to solve a problem and come up with creative solutions. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
  • Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with 2-3 team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
  • Final Video Call: This is a great opportunity to get to know our COO or CEO over video.
