BeMo has an immediate need for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help our marketing team obsessively split test and optimize our ads (across YouTube, Search, Facebook and Instagram), every landing page and email across the customer journey to increase conversion rates.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Obsessively design and analyze split tests for YouTube, Search, Facebook and Instagram ads to decrease cost of acquisition.
Obsessively design and analyze split test for every major landing page on our website to increase conversion rates.
Obsessively design and analyze split test for every major email automation and campaign to increase conversion rates.
Analyze marketing results to increase ROI and ROAS.
Minimum 3 years of full-time paid work experience creating and optimizing YouTube, Search, Facebook and Instagram ads.
Minimum 3 years of full-time paid work experience creating and optimizing landing page experiments.
Minimum 3 years of full-time paid work experience creating and optimizing email split tests.
Must have significant knowledge of advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Queries, advanced conditional formatting, Macros, and Data Modification using formulas.
Must demonstrate a genuine interest in everything marketing and our mission and take an active role to improve our impact as a company (i.e. This will not be just a stepping stone or a side job to you. It’s a calling).

Must love split testing and analyzing complex data.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Completely self-managed with the ability to act independently with very little supervision and great work ethic.
Humble, coachable and always eager to learn new skill sets.
Detail-oriented and extremely organized.

In fact, we’re revolutionizing university admissions processes. For example, we don’t care much about your grades or standardized test scores. We care that you can do the job and you have the right attitude. We believe “actions speak louder than words.”
Our hiring process includes a review of your application, a skills assessment test, a virtual interview and lastly, a face-to-face interview with select members of our team via video conference, followed finally by reference calls.
