MISSION
Provide support for contract database and contracting process. Optimize information sharing to help drive high growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day management of contract database.
- Design tools to maximize information availability and usability of contract database.
- Identify contract database opportunities to support client and vendor contracting initiatives.
- Database subject matter expert; create training materials for ease of access.
- Identify, implement, and manage other legal automation solutions.
- Increasing responsibility in small legal department.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience reviewing and summarizing contracts.
- Experience with contract databases and contract management tools.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or healthcare fields preferred.
- Paralegal experience preferred.
