Title: Content Strategy Lead, Global Field Effectiveness

Location: Anywhere in the U.S. (Remote)

At the backbone of any successful sales enablement function is a content strategy that supports the success of the field. If you are passionate about owning how we tie learning objectives to problems or opportunities that we see. You get jazzed about thinking about the different modalities that bring content to life and you ensure impact by turning learning into doing and being, then we want to talk.

What you’ll do:

  • Define our content roadmap for all field effectiveness initiatives
  • Design and develop content that supports the success of the field
  • Co-Lead an enablement SteerCo
  • Be the lead for our key events (including FKO, Field All-Hands and Executive Leadership conversations
  • Manage our strategy for our LMS and CMS
  • Be a principal advisor to ELT and other corporate functions on change management, often owning the relationship
  • Be the voice of the field for the tools and technology we use for field effectiveness

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Experience working for a high growth company in content strategy
  • The ability to simplify change management in a complex sales environment
  • Experience running events with multiple stakeholders and executive engagement
  • Experience designing learning experiences around sales practices, methodologies and capabilities
  • Experience Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives
  • Ability to consult on what would make content, contextual, relevant and applicable to a field audience
  • Qualification in adult learning, instructional design a plus
