What you will be doing

This full-time role will be responsible for managing medical content across multiple platforms. The individual(s) will be responsible for managing medical content based on established project criteria to meet key business objectives and goals. This position supports the digital health team. The content specialist is an important member of the team supporting the execution of our digital health strategy. This is a Remote position.
- Manage content across platforms based upon project specific work
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on regulatory requirements ensuring project teams and clients remain in compliance
- Ensure all content are configured as per client project specification prior to release
- Provide feedback to project team on review progress, or any issues causing delay
- Assist in establishing/documenting Quality Control review processes for each content type, and in developing/maintaining QC checklists for each
- Manage content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms
- Track consumer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations
- Organize and manage multiple priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Create, maintain, and regularly update a back-up repository of Content Project Files with version control
- Provide input and recommendations to improve the overall content management system and process
- Attend project related meetings and trainings as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of project requirements related to content management
What your background should look like
- Must have a minimum of a BSc in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biology
- Previous experience managing medical content across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with content management systems with the ability to learn new systems
- Preferred oncology or related clinical science knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of revision control systems and bug trackers
- Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a professional team
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong data entry and quality review
- Self-motivated

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
