  • The Content Operations Senior Associate will be an integral part of the Web Operations and Digital Experience Team, owning content writing/editing, maintenance, organization, optimization, and reporting.
  • You will work in a cross-functional manner, collaborating with multiple teams including Product Marketing and Demand Gen to optimize web content to increase engagement, conversion rates and overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to review and optimize digital content (web copy and assets) based on Veeam Voice, Tone, Style and Brand guidelines
  • Define and implement new mechanisms for measuring impact and performance of content, optimize for improvement, and surface insights for content development and prioritization
  • Recommend best practices and proactively recognize opportunities to reuse, repackage and optimize content to maximize return on the company’s content investment
  • Support conversational marketing (Chat) program to help design, test and implement targeted customer flows throughout the website
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content pieces against KPIs and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain governance over web copy and digital assets including ongoing promotions, product collateral and PDFs, web copy, videos, etc. (not an exhaustive list)
  • Lead efforts to periodically refresh content to ensure it is accurate and continues to align with our content strategy
  • Utilize Jira tool to track and manage cross-functional tasks and projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B industry experience (IT industry experience, preferred)
  • Ability to drive projects from start-to-finish involving multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of digital content lifecycle
  • Understanding of customer journey stages
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting platforms, i.e.: Google Analytics, SalesForce
  • Experience writing, editing and optimizing content/journey for an IT audience
  • Experience creating and tracking tickets and projects in request tracking tool (Jira experience a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to draw clear insights from complex data sets and create visual presentations to provide actionable takeaways and recommendations for improvements to stakeholders
  • Independent self-starter with proven time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment

  • Strong team player with ability to successfully collaborate with geographically distributed teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under deadlines
