TITLE: Content Marketing Specialist
The Content Marketing Specialist at Duck Creek Technologies supports the development and execution of marketing content across various channels. This role involves creating content that communicates Duck Creek’s value proposition effectively to different audiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with Duck Creek’s marketing objectives.
- Help create engaging content for a variety of channels, including demand generation campaigns, websites, blogs, social media, product collateral, and more.
- Support cross-functional teams (Demand Generation, Product Marketing, PR, Social, Internal Communications, etc.) in ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Aid in crafting narratives that clearly communicate Duck Creek’s value proposition to various audiences.
- Assist with managing the content calendar and ensuring the timely completion of content projects.
- Collaborate with product marketing and design teams to optimize website copy for both user experience and SEO.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials (eBooks, whitepapers, etc.), blogs, customer case studies, and communication plans to increase engagement.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
- Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
- 3+ years of relevant content creation or marketing experience with increasing responsibility.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & BEHAVIORS:
- Experience creating B2B content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing tools such as WordPress and SharePoint preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools preferred.
- Proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on technology or B2B industries.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
