Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing division. In this role, the Content Marketing will be responsible for the creation of a broad array of outputs, from website copy and educational materials to landing pages, long-form reports, product guides, and more.

A dexterous writer and strategist, this individual will be well-acquainted with digital marketing best practices and have a solid understanding of organic search trends, growth experimentation, and can speak authoritatively on these topics to drive the creation of strategic content.

Reporting into the Senior Manager of Demand & Lifecycle Content, the Content Marketing Manager will be a growth-oriented content marketer with experience developing and executing content strategies that drive website traffic, educate prospects, build our brand, and accelerate conversions across the funnel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on content marketing strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and target audience segments
  • Craft and curate content that resonates with our brand position, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and reinforcing our unique identity and tone
  • Create compelling and high-quality content and copy for various digital formats, including the website, blog posts, email nurtures, and short-form video content
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic content creation
  • Leverage proprietary and market research to inform the development of compelling industry and use-case specific reports and guides

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B content marketing
  • Preferred candidates will be located in Central or Eastern time zones
  • A strong portfolio showcasing prior work, including landing page and web copy, email nurture sequences, long-form blog posts, and articles that have driven measurable results (please make sure to include/submit this with your resume)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for managing workstreams in a heavily matrixed organization
  • Track record of working with subject matter experts both internal and external to the org who can provide expert commentary for content marketing materials
  • Ability to translate complex topics and data outputs into engaging and accessible content
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience generating content that’s optimized for search
  • Experience in healthcare technology or adjacent space preferred
