In this role you will get to:
- Manage the application layer for HubSpot’s Wiki environment
- Assist in the migration and implementation of our upgraded Wiki infrastructure
- Test and deploy new features and configurations
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise, working directly with internal customers to reduce any points of friction as quickly as possible
- Partner closely with the Wiki Product Manager, thinking creatively for technological solutions to realize the broader vision for the Wiki experience
- Stay close to multiple vendor roadmaps, managing any changes that could impact the HubSpot environment
- Document how-tos and best practices for support redundancy amongst the team
- Assist in the management of other Collab team systems
- Work across a broad range of stakeholders within BizTech, Security and other HubSpot teams
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience managing SaaS technologies, including a social intranet or similar business critical system, in a scaled corporate environment
- Have experience administering Confluence, SharePoint, Jive or other enterprise social intranet / internal community platforms
- Are passionate about ensuring a delightful experience within enterprise tools
- Are comfortable supporting a diverse employee user base with a variety of technical literacies and can translate complex concepts with empathy
- Demonstrate sound troubleshooting capabilities and change management skills to minimize adverse effects of system changes
- Can design systems with a security-first approach
- Have experience translating desired business outcomes into a set of technical tasks that build towards the desired deliverables and outcomes
- Have a future-oriented mindset – architecting system configurations that will set us up for scale
- Have experience acting as a technical owner of dynamic, mission critical enterprise systems
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, empathizing with customers and prioritizing their needs over backend processes
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated analysis and follow-through skills
- Work effectively with vendors on system related changes and any outage scenarios
- Experience integrating systems for working with APIs, is a plus
- Experience with the Velocity coding language and/or Java, is a plus
- Have a team-first mindset with a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the broader team succeed
