As a Clinical Quality Consultant, you will be challenged to manage programs that require you to locate, request, follow-up, obtain and deliver information to our E&I Health Plans. As a key resource, you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, an aptitude for persistence, consistence & perseverance, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver on time. Success in this role will require ability to prioritize, multitask, plan, as well as being flexible, resourceful, and self-driven.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role will support the UHC E&I Quality book of business and associated teams.
  • Create, implement, manage and execute national programs that are requested by our E&I Health Plans.
  • Create data requests to identify specific members to be included in programs. (Includes UCEE, QDAR and UGAP and others).
  • Document program progress for key indicators on scorecards, summaries and key documents.
  • Work closely with E&I Quality RVPs and MQDs and all other health plan operational leadership representing Clinical Program Delivery (Member Engagement).
  • Become a vendor relationship owner as needed, through your partnership managing programs.
  • Process any needed documents for billing, security assessment, and process improvement.
  • Lead cross functional team meetings offering guidance, best practices and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program management experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading meetings
  • 2+ years of experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • 1+ years of HEDIS measure knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of HEDIS measure knowledge
  • 1+ years leveraging process improvement
  • 1+ years of experience using SharePoint
  • SQL experience
  • Experience evaluating effectiveness of quality programs
  • Advanced proficient with Microsoft Excel
