Our team: setting you up for success
As our next Clinical Implementation Specialist, you’ll join our international Professional Services team. The Professional Services team provides implementation services and technical account management services for customers looking to leverage Castor’s expertise to build and maintain their studies. The team enables the best possible customer journey by providing top shelf services and enabling product adoption. The Professional Services team is capable of designing, building and maintaining eCRFs to ensure capture of high-quality data from the start. That way, the customers can achieve faster study builds and database locks, in addition to ongoing study maintenance.
What you’ll focus on
As a Clinical Implementation Specialist, you will implement and configure our software in accordance with our standard business processes, client requirements, and good clinical data management practices. The aim is to maximize satisfaction with Castor by consulting with our clients and making sure we’re implementing the best possible solution to meet their clinical and business needs.
Your responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to:
- Work with clients and Castor team members to understand and document client requirements, making sure these match software and technology capabilities
- Implement and configure Castor software applications for clinical studies including eCRF design, form building, logic checking, validation programming, basic integrations, etc.
- Work with internal and external partners to ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered on time and on budget
- Support clients during user acceptance testing by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding them through the process
- Achieve targeted customer satisfaction measures on your assigned projects
- Identify out of scope tasks and communicate these effectively to the Project Manager
What you’ll bring
You’ll be someone who takes pride in and understands the importance of quality, and that all-important ‘right first-time’ approach. To this, you’ll bring;
- Experience in a pharma/CRO sector. E-clinical or a fast-paced SaaS company experience is even better
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, specifically as they related to data collection, management, and preparation for analysis
- Knowledge of data management plans/customer specifications for data entry screens, edit checks, custom reports, and data integrations
- Solid analytical and technical skills with regard to software applications, familiarity with JavaScript is more than welcome
- Self-motivation, task ownership, and the ability to work autonomously in a professional manner
- A collaborative and resourceful approach, with a “can-do” attitude and voracious appetite to learn and grow
