Job Description
The Opportunity:
At Flywire, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Platform Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the entire lifecycle of company devices in an automated fashion. You will be responsible for implementing and testing our management tools and maintaining our fleet to enhance the overall Flymate experience. Reporting to the Tech Lead in Spain, you will be part of a team handling infrastructure, endpoint management, software deployment, automation, and access management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of the infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams across the globe to help to automate workflows
- Assist co-workers in growing their skills.
- Manage and secure endpoints, with a primary focus on macOS (90%) and Windows (10%), while valuing knowledge in other operating systems such as Linux, Android, and iOS.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience. experience in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of macOS.
- Experience in MDM tools such as Kandji, Jamf, WSONE.
- Solid scripting and programming skills with at least one language such as Python, Golang,, Powershell, and/or Bash.
- Experience with Git or other similar version control systems.
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools is a plus.
- Experience administering internal SaaS applications is a plus.
