The Opportunity

  • This is a full time, temporary position, expecting to last between 3-5 months.
  • Manage change management project task list.
  • Manage change management documents in Teams and SharePoint.
  • Schedule engagement sessions with teams experiencing change.
  • Provide support with creating PowerPoint decks for engagement sessions.
  • Send follow-up emails after engagement sessions.
  • Support with managing communication, engagement, and training tactical plan.
  • Create and maintain ADP SharePoint page with links to job aids, FAQs, etc.
  • Schedule office hours.
  • Create go-live checklists.
  • Update existing ADP step-by-step instructional job aids.
  • Create new ADP step-by-step instructional job aids.
  • Support with tracking training participation.
  • Draft communications.
  • Draft FAQs.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-2 years of project coordination required.
  • Experience creating job aids or training manuals required.
  • Interested in learning about change management required.
  • Interested in large-scale systems implementations required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in change management preferred.
  • Previous experience working on a payroll implementation or large-scale systems change preferred.
  • Self-starter.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint).

Hourly rate for this role is $28.00 per hour.
