What You’ll Do
- Support clients using Oracle Simphony 1 or 2, addressing hardware, software, and networking questions
- Fulfill hardware orders, configure devices, and manage Salesforce CRM tickets
- Perform POS data entry, hardware swaps, and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory tracking, including RMAs
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center support experience with Oracle Simphony 1 or 2
- 1+ year in technical customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- General computer knowledge, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
