What will you do:

  • Design, execute, and measure experiments to boost traffic and engagement on hcaptcha.com. Ensure visitors recognize hCaptcha as the premier ML security platform to drive qualified opportunities and activated sign-ups.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for hCaptcha web properties, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external organizations to drive co-marketing activities, referral partnerships, and more.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies.


What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years managing website experiences for a large company.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys, with a focus on conversions and user experience.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies, where the product itself is a key driver of customer acquisition and retention.
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and pain points.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO and related strategies.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.

The Senior Designer reports to the Design Director, Language Arts and is responsible for working independently­­—as well as with the internal design team, content team, and with key stakeholders­­—to develop, produce, and manage compelling student- and teacher-facing designs from conception through to the completed product.   • Experience developing and implementing a product-specific visual design plan – including the interiors of multiple components, covers and product packaging – from prototyping through production, while remaining true to the product guidelines established
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of the print design process, including layout, typography, page composition, technical art, and building engaging art programs (illustrations/photos)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing compelling design solutions across print and digital mediums
  • A user-centric mindset, with experience in developing Design solutions through Design Thinking techniques, iterative processes (i.e., wireframes/prototypes), user-testing and internal feedback

Praescient Analytics is looking for a Development Program Manager to join our team supporting the Return Review Program (RRP) for an IRS contract. RRP is a mission-critical, automated system that is part of the IRS’s tax processing pipeline component which detects and selects potentially fraudulent returns to prevent/stop the issuance of invalid refunds. RRP maintains an integrated data warehouse that stores return data and taxpayer information for data mining, runtime scoring, scheme development and research. It incorporates multiple analytical techniques to detect anomalies for fraud and non-compliance, allowing RRP to improve the analytics each Filing Season to help the IRS identify increasingly sophisticated tax fraud.

This position is based in Lanham, MD but can be supported fully remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum master’s to help design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. Provide weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization.
