Role Overview:

Could you be our next Social Media Analyst? Globe Life is looking for a Social Media Analyst to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for being a guide for online reputation management and social media strategy development for the Globe Life Brand and its subsidiaries. They will monitor the social media activity of the Globe Life brand, identifying instances of brand mentions online and market value reporting, which will then be communicated to the appropriate teams within the company in a timely manner. This position will also identify current social media trends and analyze available data to continue to build the strength of the Globe Life brand. They will assist with developing strategies for our social media strategist team to improve the social media presence of independent business owners and agents within Globe Life’s subsidiaries. This position will be vital to continue to drive innovation within Globe Life’s social media team.

This is a remote / work from home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing Team to coordinate social media strategies at a corporate, agency and individual level.
  • Monitor and assign messages from various social media channels to teams within marketing.
  • Use social media listening tools to maintain and monitor brand reputation internally and externally.
  • Analyze data of social media performance and compile reports for use within our social media strategist team.
  • Work with our social media strategists to identify trends in data to build social media initiatives and monitoring.

What you’ll be doing: 

As a Sr. Marketing Designer, you will help Create assets for all things marketing. This role supports the full funnel of marketing (acquisition through retention) through engaging, elevated and disruptive design, promoting products and services that contribute to a healthy lifestyle for MyFitnessPal users. You will concept and design branding and marketing assets for all marketing initiatives, such as Go-To-Market campaigns, Paid Media Campaigns, Lifecycle Campaigns and Content programs. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of brand assets like emails, blog posts, digital banners and ads, organic social, paid social, direct mail, and web. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and departments to execute a diverse range of projects.

Qualifications to be successful in this role:

The role:

As a Senior Product Manager, Home Lending – Growth you’ll be a founding member of our newest sub-team: Home Lending Growth. Your mission: drive rapid and profitable growth from 1-100. You’ll design experiences and ship software to better reach and convert customers, across our own site; marketing channels like email, SMS, and direct mail; and integrations with partner sites. You’ll frequently work across teams and companies. The best candidates will be hungry to deliver impact, high ownership and autonomous, and effective working across diverse and cross-functional teams. You’ll be equally comfortable setting long-term roadmaps as rolling up your sleeves to do the work yourself. 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Set and deliver on ambitious growth goals, in partnership with marketing. You’ll partner with channel teams to build software to enable their goals, while setting and owning goals for product-driven growth.
  • Ship software to drive growth, in partnership with engineering. You’ll define requirements, map out data and process flows, and work across growth, product and engineering to ship solutions.
  • Design intuitive customer experiences, in partnership with product design. You’ll do research to understand our customer deeply, and design simple and compelling experiences – such as customized landing pages, application flows, and merchandising experiences – to solve them.
  • Unblock strategic experimentation. You’ll enable onsite, email, and SMS experimentation to offer HELOCs to applicants already coming to Upstart.com, or to reengage customers who started but didn’t complete the process.
  • Leverage unique data across channels. You’ll develop a strategy for better leveraging first party data, as well as identifying and integrating new third party data sources, to better reach and convert our target customer. You’ll build connective tissue between our machine learning, analytics, marketing, and product teams to help us better use data across channels.
  • Strengthen our analytical foundations. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure the accuracy of data infrastructure. This collaboration is crucial for making informed decisions on marketing spend and optimizing the effectiveness of our campaigns.
