Brand Strategy and Identity
– Work with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
– Define the brand’s unique selling proposition and competitive advantage in the market.
– Manage Panopto’s brand identity, including brand guidelines, logos, visual assets, and brand messaging.
– Lead Content Strategy & Development
– Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of web content to ensure it reflects the company’s brand voice, messaging, and goals.
– Develop and manage a robust blog strategy to drive engagement and thought leadership.
– Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and corporate goals.
– Develop compelling case studies, customer references, and other customer-focused content.
Collaborate Across Departments
– Work with product management, marketing and sales to help implement product marketing strategies. Coordinate with the greater marketing team to identify and fill gaps in the buyer’s journey.
– Content creation and messaging: drive the content strategy through the development of high-impact messaging and attention-grabbing media and visuals that resonate with our target audience and work with the broader marketing team to build and execute content-driven campaigns. Shape Panopto’s story, narrative and all of our content-driven campaigns, evolving and maintaining brand and narrative consistency and standards across channels and campaigns.
Drive Messaging & Campaign Strategy
– Lead the creation and execution of messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in the market.
– Ensure consistency of messaging across web, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Expand Brand Reach through Webinars and Events
– Define and execute a comprehensive webinar and event strategy to engage prospects, customers, and partners.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and impactful event outcomes.
Customer Marketing & Advocacy
– Design and implement initiatives to build and sustain strong customer relationships, including newsletters, user groups, and customer-focused webinars.
– Foster customer advocacy through programs like case studies, testimonials, review site engagement, and office hours.
– Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify and highlight customer success stories.
Social Media Management
– Oversee the company’s social media strategy and execution to amplify reach, drive engagement, and build community.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in corporate marketing, content strategy, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing webinars, events, and customer marketing programs.
