Job Summary:

As the Content Creator & Coordinator for Organic Social, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality social content that drives awareness, engagement, and brand loyalty. Your work will help bring Thrive Market’s mission—making healthy living easy and affordable for everyone—alive on social media. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing partners to ensure our content aligns with our voice, tone, and mission, while staying ahead of social media trends. This role will primarily focus on creating compelling video content around food, recipes, parenting hacks, healthy living, and our mission. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Content Creation: Ideate, produce, and execute engaging content across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on video, food, recipes, parent-centered content, and wellness.
    • Front & Behind the Camera: Comfortable creating content both in front of and behind the camera.
    • Project Ownership: Take projects from concept through to execution—working across various mediums (static images, carousels, and short-form video) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Content Calendar Management: Maintain a cohesive content calendar that aligns with our broader marketing strategy, ensuring content is timely, engaging, and platform-appropriate.
    • Collaboration: Work with external creators to produce UGC content that aligns with our content pillars.
    • Editing: Edit video and audio content to deliver polished, engaging media for social channels.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with design, video, and marketing teams to schedule and post content according to the social media calendar.
    • Brand Cohesion: Ensure all content aligns with Thrive Market’s voice and tone, collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors when applicable.
    • Copywriting: Craft compelling, brand-consistent copy that drives engagement and conversions, including captions, infographics, and scripts.
    • Event Coverage: Attend in-person events (photo/video shoots, food drives, etc.) to capture authentic content.
    • Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, innovative ideas for social media activations.
