Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Brand Liaison / Champion
- Act as the primary brand liaison to business segments, business enablement services and team members across the organization, providing guidance and support to drive brand empowerment
- Enterprise Brand Positioning & Messaging:
- Support the creation and refinement of enterprise-wide brand positioning and messaging to ensure a unified voice..
Governance, Onboarding & Training:
- Lead the development and implementation of brand governance, empowering team members to execute our brand in a consistent, impactful way.
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to educate business units and enterprise-wide team members on brand guidelines and best practices.
Marketing Technology Management:
- Own and manage key marketing technology platforms, including Digital Asset Management, Marketing Content Library, online brand guidelines, Google template gallery and teamGP.
- Ensure these platforms are effectively utilized and updated, promoting progressive use cases to support the business
Enterprise Agreements Management:
- Oversee enterprise agreements related to brand assets, including photography and typography licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal use across the organization.
Sports & Stadium Partnership Activation:
- Lead the execution of our Sports and Stadium partnership activation strategies across digital channels
- Own social media activation; creating messaging, managing social calendar and collaborating with internal and external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Related professional experience including a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a supervisory position.
- Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, including DAM systems and content management tools.

As a Jr. UI/UX Content Designer , you will apply human-centered design principles to develop content strategies and implement methods and practices to help client agencies solve business problems, better engage with customers, increase audience reach, and engender customer trust and confidence. This role is involved throughout the lifecycle of a project, owning the entirety of the content strategy, planning, execution, and evidenced-based optimizations to drive engagement across products.
The Jr. UI/UX Content Designer will be expected to fully understand customer journeys and will be responsible for aligning user needs with business goals and priorities. Responsibilities:

- Propose content and content solutions based on data and customer insights, utilizing keyword research, customer insights and a range of analytics tools to improve content, visibility and audience reach via digital channels.

Qualifications:
