We are looking for a Senior Solutions Strategist to be a part of our JUDI Team. This individual will be focused on Implementation Support and Claims Analysis.
The Senior Solution Strategist is responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to implement solutions that advance or achieve Prime’s strategic priorities. This role will support operational readiness for new business and/or products, assist with driving operating efficiencies and supporting the reduction of operating expenses, improving the stakeholder experience, and building new capabilities. The Senior Solution Strategist will be responsible for completing associated time-bound deliverables that may include gathering information, analyzing problems, making recommendations, driving decisions, reporting, and change management to prevent business disruption.
Responsibilities
- Oversee one strategic initiative in partnership with Operations and/or IT
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance strategic enterprise initiatives; responsibilities may include overseeing execution of strategic solution workstreams, conducting research, leading the development of data analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights, driving end-to-end process improvement and other efficiencies to reduce operating expenses, supporting the implementation or uplift of capabilities, tools and platforms
- Prepare reports, impact analyses, metrics and presentations utilized to provide recommendations on product discovery and definition, lead estimation efforts and delivery at performance review sessions
- Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, external vendors and customers to ensure adherence to schedule and effective delivery of strategic solutions
- Provide informal coaching to stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external communication and messaging to improve and foster transparency, education, and cohesive enterprise messaging
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 5 years of related work experience in product development, business analysis or leading business processes
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual manages the overall coordination, planning, and execution of the program from an operational perspective. They are responsible for program planning and logistics while providing unparalleled levels of customer service and stakeholder management.

Primary Responsibilities
40% – Project & Experience:
- Manages overall project timeline and deliverables including client expectations, business objectives, and people impressions.

- Coordinates and attends site inspections.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. PMP (Professional Meeting Planner), CMP (Certified Meeting Planner), CIS, CITP, HMCC, DES certification desired.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical meeting/event planning (HCP attended meetings).
- Working knowledge of Cvent (registration, budget tool).
