Reporting to the Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager, the Campaign Analytics Specialist is responsible for reporting on digital campaigns for clients across numerous Endeavor markets. Execution includes implementing campaign tracking, testing API connections, monitoring data capture and managing lead delivery for lead generation and related programs.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute on campaigns.
- Own all lead reporting/delivery across assigned Markets.
- Track all programs and provide reports to business leaders with results, anomalies and trends.
- Liaise regularly with the sales team to ensure they are seeing results and getting access to campaign analysis for clients.
- Interact with clients to establish direct API integrations / automated deliveries.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of key business metrics and use those metrics to better organize tracking.
- Create files post campaign for Sales teams and their specific clients — this includes lead scrubbing and identifying issues with campaigns.
- Own custom reports for key clients.
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in working within a reporting realm
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Experience with marketing technology platforms is a plus
- Highly organized with attention to detail ability to prioritize
- Customer facing, able to work well and communicate with sales, marketing and clients
- Ability to troubleshoot and work well under pressure
- Analytical with the ability to process information and provide insight around digital campaign results
- A love of analytics and a proven track record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying actionable insights to increase new customer acquisition
