About the Role

B2B Marketing Coordinator – Remote

Location Type: Remote

What joining Aiden means:

We are growing our team and are looking for an ambitious, organized, and absurdly reliable B2B Marketing Coordinator…with IT/cybersecurity startup experience. You will be joining a tech startup working with high-profile customers and investors with the mission of helping people through technology so they are happy and more successful.

Would you take pride in helping us grow to run on 100 million computers? What if that software made 100 million people more productive while keeping them safe from ransomware and other cyber threats?

The IT security landscape is broken, and a new paradigm shift is desperately needed.

Aiden is an innovative approach to keeping computers updated and free of vulnerabilities with Intelligent Automation to reduce manual IT maintenance work, improve security, and resolve issues before they arise.

Help us bridge the gap between IT and cybersecurity.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Product and Marketing, you will be instrumental in coordinating all things marketing and measuring the ROI of your efforts. Your ultimate goal will be ensuring everything goes smoothly, amplifying our brand presence, and engaging our audiences in the IT Security space.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Working directly with an external agency(s) to research, plan, and execute industry-leading virtual and in-person events, including conferences, webinars, dinners, workshops, and more.
  • Support our external agency(s) in managing vendors, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, i.e., booth set-up, breakdown, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Monitor event and content budgets, provide regular status updates, evaluate event and content success through data analysis in our HubSpot CRM, and continually strive for improvement.
  • Own the entire content strategy and collaborate with creatives to produce compelling SEO-optimized blog articles, white papers, eBooks, and visuals and videos supporting marketing efforts.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall marketing objectives, including managing our social media and newsletter.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data, and provide sales and marketing leadership recommendations.
  • Work with our developer to keep our website up-to-date and working properly.

What we are looking for:

We seek an organized, entrepreneurial, data-driven marketing enthusiast who loves technology, telling stories, creating compelling content, and coordinating events that generate opportunities and drive engagement and brand awareness. We seek someone creative, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about marketing and technology and want to join a fast-paced, dynamic team.

  • Experience with B2B enterprise as a marketing coordinator or similar role in the IT/cybersecurity industry (required).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and successfully evaluate and interpret patterns and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling content.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and content platforms such as HubSpot Marketing, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Canva.
  • Creative mindset, an eye for design, and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT security concepts and industry trends is a must.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event coordination.
  • A passion for technology and marketing. You will do it daily, and we want you to love your job.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
