WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
- Drive investment allocation planning process through a deeper understanding of our business portfolio, ensuring the right tools and data create leverage for our organization are accounted for
- Partner with our Product team to drive coordination and build consensus among cross-functional partners and teams
- Work with technical subject matter experts to finds gaps or inefficiencies in processes and creatively problem solve with human-centered mindset to drive organizational impact
- As a member of the Eng BizOps team, you’ll work at the center of the engineering organization where you will work cross-functionally with finance, recruiting, HR and more to deliver insights that will support data-driven decision making. You will manage projects and processes that drive our organization towards more efficiency and business impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with finance, people partners (HR), recruiting and business operations to develop and drive planning and forecasting to assess ROI impact of engineering investments and programs
- Partner with product and engineering experts to develop and maintain relevant scorecard metrics for engineering’s extended leadership team
- Work with our architects to develop operational processes and ways of working for the highest impact
- Build a consultative relationship across the organization, and meet with strategic partners that align with our highest priorities, including managing initiatives that contribute to efficiency and effective collaboration
WHO YOU ARE
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Experience building cross functional processed and managing projects through ambiguity
- Ability to be clear and concise in written, verbal and presentation communication
- Strong project management skills
