Responsibilities
Senior Level Designer: Leads projects, involved from beginning to end, considered a subject matter expert. Seniors will take on more responsibilities that may include overseeing the work of the Junior and Mid-Level co-worker.
We’re looking for an Sr. Digital Designer – to shape the product development process with a user-centric mentality. You will help create visual elements for websites, mobile apps and other formats, lead user research, brainstorm ideas to inform the product development process and work with internal and external tech teams for implementation. You will be integral in the overall web design and development process.
- Intermediate to Advanced in Figma
- Conduct brand audits
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Understanding of information architecture
- Develop user flows, prototypes, and wireframes
- Create structural design solutions for pain points that users encounter
- Social media content
- Website design
- Interactive/digital content
- Booth/Congress multimedia interfaces
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a graphic design, computer science, information technology or related field
- 5-10 years’ experience creating mid to large scale corporate and campaign websites
- Excellence at designing a brand experience across multiple channels, including web and mobile
- Prototyping tools like Figma and Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, and MS Office Suite
- Expertise in developing wireframes and prototypes
- Full understanding of how to identify the true needs of users through research, Customer Journey Mapping, Jobs To Be Done theory and apply the insights to the design strategy and business needs.
- Knowledge of Service Design, design thinking, agile methodologies, programming languages and content management systems
- You will be hands-on web life cycle, from strategy to user experience and must have a high-level understanding of user experience, front-end, and server-side technologies, SEO and the ability to speak to them.
- You have a high-level understanding of SEO and ability to speak to it.
- Experience designing for healthcare and pharma a plus
Should also be:
- Conceptually Creative: Ability to think in abstract terms; make connections between unrelated notions; formulate innovative ideas where others cannot; seen as original and value-added in brainstorming sessions
- Able to Understand and Implement Direction: Can understand creative direction based on objectives and execute creative work effectively. Understands the concept of talent-to-task and communicates well with others on workload issues & needs, progress of work and results
- Industry Application: Picks up on technical things quickly; is good at learning new industry, company, product, and/or technical knowledge developments of the client’s business as well as the agency business; has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment
- Demonstrating Ownership and Proactivity: Demonstrates ownership of assigned Brand work by continually coming up with new ideas proactively. Ability and willingness to show ownership of Brand work from a visual standpoint
- Willingness to be Flexible: Willing to work outside of job description as needed, be flexible for the team, and ultimately the work.
