Purpose of the Role

The Technical Support Specialist (Tier 1) role is a unique opportunity to drive the onboarding process of new partners and their stores. This critical role reports to the Senior Technical Manager and directly correlates to supporting our growing network. This is a remote position available to candidates across the U.S.

Job Requirements

  • Act as the SME (subject matter expert) for client-based questions and support.

Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a remote positon.

Ensure change management and quality assurance practices are understood, adhered to, and leveraged to enhance system health and quality.

  • Understand methodology, standards, policies, and procedures and ensure that teams are complying with established standards.
  • Design/develop solutions to business and technical requirements.

  • Ensure all supported BI environments, Reports, Dashboards and Data Models are working accurately and as expected, that process and technology documentation is complete and accurate, and that appropriate disaster recovery procedures are developed and maintained for relevance.
  • Manage departmental resources and systems to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Ensure that a proper control structure and escalation path is in place and is being followed and monitored.
  • Enforce governance and provide stewardship for supported environments, reports, Dashboards, and data models.
  • Perform pro-active and as requested audits or reviews. Communicate issues and progress to management and customers as needed.
  • Provide rapid corrective response and action to resolve disruptive incidents.

  • Broad in PowerBI, Excel, SSRS and Tableau, Profound in SharePoint, PowerApps, MSFlow, SQL and/or SAS
  • Profound in effective and compelling communication to technical and non-technical departments

Preferred Qualifications:
