What You’ll Do

  • Own and resolve Tier 2 support tickets across Bold Group’s financial management platforms
  • Troubleshoot deeply using SQL queries, logs, source code, and infrastructure tools
  • Advocate for customers and ensure clear, timely communication on ticket status
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce recurring issues and improve system stability
  • Deliver empathetic, professional support—even in high-pressure situations

What You Need

  • C1 English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • 5+ years in technical support (application, OS, or networking)
  • 2+ years experience reading code and working in software environments (no active programming required)
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, schema relationships, stored procedures)
  • Solid troubleshooting in Windows environments (logs, permissions, networking)
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setup
  • Prior experience with ERP platforms
  • Ability to join a rotating 24×7 on-call schedule

Nice to Have

  • Experience with alarm monitoring platforms or PSIM
  • Familiarity with central station operations
