What You’ll Do
- Provide IT support to users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical and hardware issues, escalating when needed.
- Respond to support tickets promptly and ensure timely resolution.
- Document incidents and solutions to improve troubleshooting processes.
- Configure systems and perform maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle advanced end-user issues, including escalated calls.

What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of IT work experience in Desktop Support or Level 1 Help Desk.
