Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of client projects, identifying risks, challenges, opportunities, successes, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with the Client Services Manager to address them effectively.
  • Proactively develop, adapt, and evolve SEO strategies to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for SEO strategy-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to both internal team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with analysts to create high-quality, actionable deliverables.
  • Develop and execute link-building campaigns to enhance the visibility and authority of client websites.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and others to identify opportunities and drive new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Proven track record in client management and delivering successful SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, including but not limited to Ahrefs, Moz, SemRush, Screaming Frog, and Deepcrawl.

  • Deep understanding of current technologies and design patterns for data warehousing, data pipelines, data modeling, analytics, visualization, and machine learning (e.g. Kimball methodology)
  • Solid understanding of modern distributed data architectures, data pipelines, API pub/sub services
  • Experience engineering for SLA-driven data operations with responsibility for uptime, delivery, consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement of data infrastructure

SUMMARY

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue data, sales metrics, and financial reports to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for revenue optimization. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect, validate and maintain revenue-related data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue forecast, marketing and sales metrics. Present findings to stakeholders and provide data-driven insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue-related processes and improve operational efficiency. Work cross-functionally to implement process changes, automation and best practices. Continuously monitor process performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with teams across Squire, including sales, marketing, finance and customer success. Align revenue strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Cadence Optimization: Develop an in-depth understanding of best practices for effective cadences, including the perfect timing, ideal frequency, and most impactful outreach methods, and apply these strategies to drive better results.
  • Continuous Improvement Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on various cadence strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to continually push for improved sales performance and efficiency.

  • Strong analytical skills and expert proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Looker and Tableau)
