Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and debug clean, efficient software based on requirements.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of core JavaScript (ES6+, Promises/Async, DOM manipulation, Event handling, Debugging)
  • Expertise in CSS (Responsive design, Flexbox/Grid, Cross-browser compatibility, Preprocessors, CSS methodologies like BEM)
  • Basic knowledge of Dart and Flutter (Widgets, Layouts, State management approaches) would be as a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile platform constraints (Permissions, Notifications) and build tools (Android Studio, Xcode)
  • Understanding of software architectural principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, TDD)
  • Experience with web application security (Authentication, Authorization, CORS, certificates)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud architectures (Serverless, high-load applications)

Role accountabilities:

  • Facilitate client requirements for the design of hyperscale data centers throughout the United States
  • The Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing the design process from campus planning/basis of the design stage through issuance of construction drawings. This will include the creation of a shared plans for the execution of design and oversight of the construction administration services provided by the external design team, as well as coordination of procurement, issue and administration of change orders related to design and project scope, issuance of engineering information to related vendors and suppliers, etc.
  • Ability to work with internal and external Teams, building strong positive relationships that produce quality work, provide clear communication related to the project, and ensure the progression of project meeting required milestones and deadlines
  • Ability to travel to project site, client meetings, etc. Travel is anticipated to total up to 30% of the employee’s schedule
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the milestone, deadlines, and are presented in the format required by the final client, as well as related Teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 or more years of project design experience with data center designs OR large complex construction projects like hospitals, high-rises, laboratories, manufacturing plants, or high-power plants, is also acceptable
  • Experience working with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, as well as working directly with final client teams
  • Experience in the preparation of project plans, technical specifications, development of project implementation plans and schedules, as well as the coordination of internal and external Teams
  • Experience working with projects that utilize fundamental knowledge of Autodesk Platforms: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions
  • BA in Architecture or Engineering, or a related field. Preferred licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills – oral and written communication
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

About the role
AgelessRx’s Search Engine Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in the Marketing Vertical through the development and implementation of online advertising strategies, as well as managing paid search efforts. The Search Engine Marketing Manager is responsible for evaluating, refining, and enhancing campaign performance in order to optimize campaigns to reach the target audience with maximum effectiveness.
