A day in the life:
- The Ecommerce Organic Search Strategist’s role is to create and execute on Organic Search strategies that align with the client’s KPIs. An Organic Search Strategist leads the SEO and Content strategy by evaluating the work we’ve completed to determine its effectiveness. They are responsible for meeting SEO and Content deliverable timelines and delivering high quality work. They adjust the strategy as needed in order to get the best results possible. The Organic Search Strategist clearly communicates what we’ve done, the impact it’s had, and the direction of the ongoing strategy so that clients can see the value of our work and understand how it aligns with the client’s goals. They are a problem solver who can evaluate shifts in the Organic Search landscape. The Organic Search Strategist also looks for opportunities to collaborate with other channels to create an overall seamless cross-channel strategy
Responsibilities:
- Deliver all SEO and Content workflow on time while also adhering to 100% completion of Power Digital processes each week (Asana, Slack, 15Five, etc.)
- Proactively communicate strategy ideas, relevant updates (Algorithm Updates, ranking changes, traffic/revenue/lead gen changes) to both internal and client teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices while also educating clients on recommended actions and next steps, especially in regards to Algorithm Updates
- Effectively plan and communicate recommended SEO and Content strategy that aims to achieve client’s organic search goals. Report on the impact of those strategies during monthly and quarterly reporting
- Independently manage client accounts comprehensively with minimal senior support
- Execute at least 80% of SEO and Content deliverables with high accuracy (little to no errors)
- Proactively seek and implement organic search improvements to achieve client goals within the organic search channel
- Collaborate within a team to develop organic search strategy roadmaps that support client goals and objectives
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an SEO-based role with client facing experience
- Experience working with Ecommerce clients
- Familiarity and proficiency in data analysis and data visualization utilizing tools such as (but not limited to): SEMRush, ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog
- Foundational understanding of organic search elements such as on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, along with SEO Content alignment to business goals and priorities
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills for strategy planning, task delegation, and deliverable review
- Proactive problem-solving ability, both in client-facing situations and internal scenarios, demonstrating a cooperative and strategic thinking mindset
- Strong presentation skills to communicate insights and recommended actions effectively. Ability to tailor organic search storytelling for different audiences

- Below 10% Client Churn Rate
- Range of the number of accounts (8-12)

What will you do?
As a UX/UI Designer on this project, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary product team focused on human-centered design (HCD) and Agile delivery. The Role
Veeva is looking for system implementation experts to join the Professional Services team and support implementations of our Vault Safety solution. We want innovative thinkers with Life Sciences expertise who are ready to challenge the status quo with new technology.
As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will work side-by-side with customers and our senior consultants to implement Vault Safety. In this role, you will support the overall delivery of Vault Safety for our customers.
