Job Description:

Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. Our award-winning websites, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and AI-powered mobile platform empower real estate professionals to grow their business, operate more efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. Trusted by over 60,000 real estate professionals, including 31 of the nation’s 100 top-performing agents as published in the Wall Street Journal, Luxury Presence continues to set the standard for innovation and excellence in real estate technology.

The Design Opportunity

Design at Luxury Presence is integral to realizing our vision: empowering real estate entrepreneurs with standout, user-centered digital experiences. Designers here are trusted with ownership, encouraged to challenge norms, and supported in pushing both craft and strategy forward.

We believe great design is grounded in empathy – it’s usable, resilient, and born from a deep understanding of real customer needs. Our best work begins with curiosity: about our users, their goals, their pain points, and the moments of friction that slow them down. We believe the role of design is to translate those insights into experiences that are intuitive, elegant, and effective.

We also hold a high bar for visual quality. We know that strong craft builds trust, signals care, and drives delight – but we also know when to polish, when to iterate, and when to ship. Designers here balance usability and aesthetics to create product experiences that truly work for the people we serve.

Whether you’re passionate about system design, product strategy, or team mentorship, we’ll partner with you to raise the bar and make lasting impact.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead high-impact design efforts across one of our core product areas. In this role, you’ll shape product strategy, drive end-to-end execution, and help elevate the usability, quality, and design culture across the company.

You’ll work across cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, advocate for user needs, and contribute to systems and practices that scale across multiple teams and surfaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product direction.
  • Stay grounded in user problems through discovery work, research, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Translate insights into elegant, usable, and scalable product experiences – across all states and edge cases.
  • Drive usability improvements by testing flows, simplifying interactions, and evolving design patterns.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to improve quality, consistency, and velocity across teams.
  • Shape micro-interactions and animations that clarify intent and elevate the experience.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly, aligning teams and stakeholders through storytelling and evidence.
  • Mentor other designers, elevate team quality, and contribute to design culture and critique.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact.
  • Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments.
  • Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems.
  • A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care.
  • Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process.
