Seeking a Labeling Project Manager to join our Life Science US Team. This role will be responsible for the development and localization of final packaging and labelling deliverables

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Client – Facing Project Management, effectively lead artwork projects from start to final delivery, delegating project work and tracking to completion, ensuring all labeling timelines are met, attend client/project meetings
  • Manage capacity and delegate project work to assigned project coordinators, specialists, and coordinate activities with project team members according to defined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Act as interface with clients on project kick-offs, status, reviews, and escalation of issues; collaborate with external cross-functional teams
  • As responsible for the final quality of the deliverables, communicate quality issues, process deviations and risks
  • Air Table Pre-Production Tracker: Creation and Tracking of all project related tasks, responsible for creating task deadlines- assignment of & delegating tasks. Ensures all dates are met as set forth in pre-prod
  • Responsible for Project Manager Training Manual
  • Works in Client systems – responsible for all Project Related Tasks – Final Documentation and capturing needed approvals in Master Control or daVinci
  • Facilitate Final Delivery of all Artwork in OD in prep for BB – collection from specialists.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s or Assoc. Degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant medical device or pharmaceutical documentation and labeling project management experience.
  • Experience in Document Management System (DMS).
  • Experience in scoping artwork projects.
  • Experience in MS Office and Adobe.

Projects will include but are not limited to: a. adapting and testing new project management software to meet team needs; b. modifying and expanding ticketing systems to improve workflow; c. generating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to take into account evolving organizational needs and revise SOPs based on feedback from the SOP audience. This is a 12-month term-limited appointment from date of hire.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects that revise and improve workflow, data quality management, and efficiency to achieve FPOs key objectives.
Report on progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure successful implementation on priority projects.
Communicate timelines and progress, facilitate meetings, and generally convey information in a timely and comprehensible manner to stakeholders.
Develop needs requirements documents for tools, perform testing, and provide written and oral instruction in their use.
Gather user-needs and develop easy-to-understand reports and SOPs for quick reference of critical information on resource use.
Scope, develop, and implement tools and forms using Excel, Access, and related applications to track, plan, and manage things like expenditures, travel requests, and events management.
Develop templates and forms to make information submission and management more efficient.
Run stand-up meetings on priority projects with multiple contributors.
Analyze data and reports for accuracy, quality, and comprehensibility. Identify and resolve systematic errors.
Supervise employees to include: hiring and training, managing workflow and guiding priority setting, and contributing to professional growth, performance assessments, and performance management for supervisees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information systems, finance or related field and four to five years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
