The Role: 

As an Estimator, II you will be responsible for completing repair estimates based on home inspection reports. You will work collaboratively with other team members to determine the best cost in order to maximize the return for BOSSCAT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing project and bid strategies. You will do so by analyzing project proposals and historical cost data. 

 Job Duties:   

  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying repair requests, home inspection reports, structural engineer reports and related documents. 
  • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and margin requirements. 
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. 
  • Presents prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information. 
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. 
  • Ensure estimates are complete and accurate before being released to the client. 
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis. 
  • Analyze project proposals to prepare budget and cost estimates. 
  • Gather, update, and review historical cost data. 
  • Ensure that the scope and quality of the renovation meets the needs of the customer. 
  • Speak with customers to answer questions about estimates as needed. 

 What you Bring to the Table: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred  
  • Experience in construction cost estimating for single family home renovations/repairs preferred 
  • Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience preferred  
  • Experience processing technical documents and stamina reading long reports

About the role

As GridGain’s Director of Product Marketing, you are a strategic thinker and exceptional communicator, with proven experience in conveying value and driving revenue from the GridGain platform. You are primarily responsible for product positioning, core messaging, technical content development, competitive analysis, and field enablement training and materials.

You will also play a critical role in defining go-to-market strategies for the platform and capitalizing on customer success with the platform. In addition, you will be asked to analyze selected markets, customers, and competitors for use in the formulation of business and product strategy, marketing requirements, content and demand generation programs.

The Retail Creative team is looking for a Production Designer to help provide best in class creative to support all owned and operated domestic merchandise locations.

Together with the Retail Creative Manager, the Designer will help design, develop, and produce graphic elements for installation at Parks, Resorts, and Signature Experiences.

**Please note: this is a remote position with flexible work hours. Total hours requirements will vary week-to-week but likely between 10 to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Retail Creative Manager in planning, strategy, design, production, and implementation of storewide graphic packages to support over 350 retail locations in Florida, California, Hawaii, Cruise Line, and Signature Experiences
  • Work with Graphics Production Lead to design retail pricing and promotional signage across a variety of sizing, styles, and formats
  • Create environmental graphic solutions, as needed, to support new film and product strategies while adhering to established brand standards
  • Responsible for preparing files for fabrication. This will require taking already developed and approved rough conceptual renders and turning all graphic and production elements into print-ready, mechanical files

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of graphic design and/or production design experience
  • Must provide a design portfolio that demonstrates knowledge in composition, hierarchy, and color theory as well as a clear understanding of typography and layout
