Role and Missions – What you will do

Homa is looking for an ASO Manager to join the team and bring a strong expertise to Hybridcasual and Casual games. By improving their visibility on the stores and generating more organic traffic, you will have a major impact to help improving both revenue and profitability for these games.

Working very closely with Growth, Creatives and LiveOps teams, you will be involved at a very early stage in the process by:

  • Driving competitive organic revenue for our portfolio (Hypercasual, Hybridcasual & Casual)
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive ASO strategies (Keywords, Featuring, etc.)
  • Maintaining productive relationships with Google & Apple store representatives and negotiating promotional placements
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies continually, with a strong focus on organic ratios, conversion rates and ratings
  • Improving overall performance of our campaigns by working closely with User Acquisition teams, as well as collaborating with the Product teams to align on upcoming features

Requirements

Having prior experience working on ASO for mobile games, you want to join a diverse team composed of mobile gaming enthusiasts. If you recognize yourself in the following description, you’re the one!

  • +3 years of ASO experience with gaming publishers or agencies, ideally working on Hybridcasual and/or Casual games
  • Significant track record with at least 2 top performing games
  • Proven experience working with Google Play and iOS stores
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, .)
  • Autonomy and proactivity, demonstrating ability to take initiatives by yourself
  • Fluent in English
