The Creative Designer for Sotheby’s International Realty company-owned brokerages will collaborate with the marketing department to evolve and elevate creative marketing efforts while preserving the integrity of our heritage and global reputation. This role involves both implementing and leading creative projects across various disciplines.
As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with the corporate and field marketing teams nationally to achieve marketing at the highest level for our clients, agents, and company. You will support the creative initiatives used by luxury real estate agents in various markets across the U.S., including Cape Cod, Greenwich, New York City, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Houston, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Wine Country-Sonoma, Greater Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaison for all creative design needs for the company-owned brokerages, with oversight from the Marketing Strategy Lead
- Implement the creative direction established by the brand creative team ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints that exceeds expectations
- Leverage the company’s brand guidelines to create concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and materials while meeting business objectives and advancing brand strategy and vision
- Produce high-quality, high-impact, scalable, refined, and practical brand design solutions
- Partner in the creative strategy and vision for the company-owned brokerages as a whole
- Manage projects across all creative disciplines including but not limited to graphic design, video production/editing, motion graphics, copywriting, and creative development and production while adhering to deadlines
- Creative platform management in collaboration with the company-owned marketing team and broader brand team
- Proactively develop solutions for creative needs in collaboration with the broader teams within the organization bringing fresh new approaches to existing channels and projects
- Develop processes that enhance efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5-7 years of design experience and expertise
- BS/BA in Design or related field preferred
- Expert-level skills in digital design software specifically Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced in video creation and motion graphic production
- Has a keenly developed luxury design aesthetic
- Proven ability to holistically take concepts from vision to execution while collaborating with the broader team to get there by harnessing project management and problem-solving skills all while taking into account that how something is communicated is just as important as what’s delivered

The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), the nation’s most effective animal advocacy organization, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for the Brand and Visuals department. In this position you will conceptualize and design print and digital creative for marketing, advocacy, and fundraising visual communications across the organization and its 501c4 affiliate. You will also serve as lead Designer on specific projects and coordinate with Art Directors and Designers to maintain project schedules to meet all assigned deadlines, and communicate with programs and staff across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Works independently to conceptualize and design print and digital creative for marketing, advocacy, and fundraising communications, and other projects for the organization and its 501c4 affiliate. Serves as lead designer on specific projects;
- Efficiently facilitates communication between Communications and Brand, Marketing, and programs using Jira, Confluence and by email;
- Coordinates with Art Directors, Editors, Graphic Designers and Marketing Production team to create and maintain project schedules to meet all assigned deadlines;
- Pre-flights projects to ensure they meet project specifications and vendor requirements;
- Promotes internal brand awareness through staff education, brown bag presentations and direct meetings with programs. Engages and inspires staff to apply the brand vision in their daily work. Assists staff in using branded templates as needed;

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience required;
- A minimum of four (4) years of graphic design experience or other related experience required;
- High-quality design knowledge including the use of sophisticated typography treatments and compelling layout composition. Expert understanding of design principles, color balance, and visual weight;
- Clear understanding of brand standards and management. The ability to oversee and evolve brands as organizational goals evolve;
- Keen eye for the selection of imagery that is in line with our organizational goals and brand standards. Experience with photography color correction;
- Excellent creative thinking skills with the ability to continuously innovate;
- Knowledge of marketing strategies (traditional and digital) and market research methods;
- Expert knowledge of the newest design and production software, techniques, and current trends. Experience working in a Macintosh environment with excellent technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Understanding of print production and printing processes required;

As a Prin Software and Product Security Compliance Specialist:
- Must have experience and knowledge working with regulated medical devices and cybersecurity requirements.

Position Summary

ITS Digital Services is UNC Chapel Hill’s in-house web and mobile team. We offer central WordPress-based web development and hosting, along with web design, UX/UI, and development services for campus units looking to revamp their web presence. The Digital Services team regularly acts as an in-house web development team, charging for website development projects.
The Senior Web Developer and Platform Engineer is a key member of this team, responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of our web hosting platform, hosted websites, and supported web applications. This full-stack development role involves designing, architecting, testing, administering, and monitoring the performance and security of the University’s web hosting platform. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure all web products adhere to UNC policies, including privacy, accessibility, and security.
* Develop and build templates, custom WordPress themes, plugins, and other related web products for use by the campus community.
* Manage routine updates to plugins, themes, and WordPress core.
* Tackle middleware-related tasks such as optimizing and updating databases, caching mechanisms, and CDN configurations.
* Continuously refactor code to ensure performance and security best practices are followed.
