At HubSpot, the Design Language Systems group builds the foundation of our product experience. This includes patterns, best practices, components, and tools. We are starting a multi-year effort to modernize how our product looks and feels, and we are looking for a Technical Lead to help drive that transformation.
The Trellis Embed Team works with hundreds of frontend teams at HubSpot as they migrate to a new component library. Later this year, our focus will shift from migration to creating a more cohesive product. We’ll focus on the journeys, flows, and templates that shape the user experience.
This is an internal-facing role with a unique opportunity to mentor at scale and help shape the future of HubSpot’s user interface.
We’re looking for:
- A strong senior engineer with experience leading small, autonomous teams
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has experience working closely with design
- Experience with frontend design systems at scale is preferred
- Experience setting up tooling at scale is a plus
- Someone who prefers solving problems with technology rather than process

Cash compensation range: 191100-305800 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. About the role
As a Customer Support Supervisor at Rippling, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.
