About the Job:
The Project Specialist is responsible for the overall success and efficiency of Annual Enrollment, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) filing, and other special projects. The Project Specialist provides support in the form of training, system configuration, documentation development, and project management to customers, partners, and internal departments. This position requires both strong technical acumen and the ability to foster and maintain positive customer relationships. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, superior attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, and a desire to find creative solutions to problems are key to success.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Creates an outstanding customer experience for clients and partners by maintaining the highest level of customer service in every customer or partner interaction.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Arcoro’s Benefit Management and Affordable Care Act products services.
- Facilitates scoping calls with customers and/or partners to determine project scope, define expectations, and establish project plans and timelines.
- Is responsible for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing all project raw materials.
- Is responsible for completing system configuration updates to existing customer accounts, rolling over benefit elections to new plan years, and other tasks associated with annual enrollment and other configuration projects.
- Is responsible for tracking and processing customer ACA filings for submission to the IRS and communicating data or submission issues and filing status results to customers.
- Assists customers with executing Affordable Care Act (ACA) filings including generating forms, understanding system derivation logic, and verifying and updating employee system data used in ACA form generation.
- Completes self-QA on all system configuration work and facilitates client testing and validation of system configuration and performance.
- Delivers projects within the budgeted timeline.
- Manages key assigned customer projects including annual enrollment, acquisitions, and other special projects utilizing project management skills and techniques.
- Provides regular status reports to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and customers in a wide range of specialties and practices utilizing strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Provides client training on system usage and best practices.
- Reports projects statuses, survey results, and other related metrics to the Director of Professional Services and Training on an ongoing basis.
- Utilizes established process documentation and best practices and assists in the development and maintenance of support and training materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of professional experience and or a bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or Technology
- 3-5 years of industry experience with Technology, Health Care, Human Resources, or Benefit Administration
- 3+ years in HCM and benefit management within a SaaS organization
- Strong project management or relationship management experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and operate under tight project deadlines

The Purpose of This Role
The Junior Web Designer is a contract basis, remote position at Snappy Kraken with the potential for conversion to full-time employment. Accessibility requirements are dependent on the role but could be expected during standard business hours Monday through Friday. Snappy Kraken is looking for a skilled and innovative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. - Collaborate with Onboarding Experts to design and develop websites for our clients using our CMS.
- Ensure that websites are user-friendly and cross-browser compatible, adhering to W3C standards.
- Convert wireframes and/or written directives into functional, well-designed websites using our CMS.
- Regularly test websites for functionality, ease of use, and visual appeal.
- Work jointly with the Design Team to create additional web and graphic design assets.
Primary Qualifications
- Certification, college diploma or bachelor’s degree of Web Design (or equivalent)
