We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to oversee and guide a team of front-end and back-end developers. This role requires expertise in Microservices architecture, JSON/REST API design, and proficiency in Scala, C#, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Akka.

What your day will look like:

  • Lead and Mentor Development Teams: Supervise and mentor both front-end and back-end developers, ensuring smooth project execution and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Microservices Design and Implementation: Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
  • API Design: Develop and optimize JSON/REST APIs that are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a technical expert, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical decisions to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and maintainability of code by conducting regular code reviews and implementing development best practices
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables

About You:

  • Proficiency in Microservices Design and Implementation: Proven experience in building and managing microservices architectures
  • Expertise in API Development: Strong experience in designing and implementing JSON/REST APIs
  • Programming Skills: Expertise in Scala and C#
  • Database Experience: Proficiency with PostgreSQL and working knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization
  • Message Broker Experience: Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ for messaging and queuing in distributed systems
  • Concurrency and Actor Systems: Experience with Akka for building concurrent and distributed applications
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software development teams

Mitratech is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a critical role in the growth of our organization. This team researches and uncovers new prospects, follows up with leads, and coordinates and builds pipelines of qualified opportunities for our sales team. This is an entry level sales role, designed to build foundational sales skills and progress through our sales organization. Successful Inbound SDRs will appropriately qualify sales leads, and set meetings for the Account Executive team, while also working closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing.

About the Position

We’re currently seeking a leader for our design team at our in-house creative agency. This role creatively and strategically supports key business objectives and directs leading-edge video, animation and photography production that elevates our brand story. The candidate is a leader, tightly partnering with the agency’s creative director, copy and other design team managers to develop strategic integrated marketing campaigns based on fresh concepts and storytelling ideas that meet project goals and maximize the impact of each marketing message.

This is a great opportunity to work on a consumer-driven, skincare brand and own driving content that touches our consumer across all points of their skincare journey.

  • Design conversion-focused email creative for various lifecycle marketing efforts, including campaign-based emails, evergreen and drip campaigns
  • Create digital content optimized to achieve key performance metrics, such as click-through and conversion rates
  • Review and interpret creative briefs, quickly translating to creative that aligns with the strategy, collaborating closely with the Director of Lifecycle and Senior Creative Director.
  • Develop original concepts with a fresh visual design approach, informed by current performance and market trends
  • Create strong visual design with nuanced understanding of Curology and Agency brands and the beauty/skincare landscape with on-brand graphics (layout, typography, composition)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a digital graphic designer in creative in-house environment
  • Knowledge and insight around design best practices within an email template (ie: live text vs embedded design content)
  • Relevant industry experience in subscription, beauty, or DTC strongly preferred
  • Solid portfolio of work that displays your design chops, including an exceptional design sensibility (typography, layout, and prototyping) and experience designing for the entire consumer journey
