Your role will be to own our technical resiliency strategy, interface with our steering committees to present our vision, and track its status across cross-functional teams.   • Lead a team of cloud engineers and architects to maintain and enhance Edwards Lifesciences’ IT cloud infrastructure.
  • Architect, build, and support our cloud infrastructure including automation development, scalability, security, and elasticity.
  • Develop best-in-practice automation and infrastructure as code patterns that embed resiliency and fault tolerance into all our core applications.
  • Build a high-performing team that has the trust of its stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and platform owner for all observability tools.
  • Participate and maintain an on-call rotation and incident management playbook to support critical services.
  • Regularly update our steering committees for risk management, business continuity, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM +10+ years’ experience in an IT or SRE role
  • Experience with large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems running in a public cloud environment (i.e., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals in a major industry language (i.e., Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
  • Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Cortex, Grafana, Dynatrace, DataDog, etc.
  • Extensive experience with public cloud provider services and managing them with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK.

The Opportunity – Film & Television Onboarding Specialist (Remote – USA / Canada)

Wrapbook is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to onboard Film and TV clients onto our platform, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to their first payroll. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire onboarding process, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring Wrapbook is implemented effectively to meet their long-term business needs. Acting as the “quarterback,” you’ll collaborate with internal teams—including Labor Relations, Product, Operations, and Customer Success—to address each client’s unique requirements, from contract configuration, platform set up to hands-on training. After a smooth well-organized onboarding process, you’ll partner with the Customer Success Manager to execute the client’s first payroll seamlessly and transition them to ongoing support.

Payments Risk Analytics takes a data-driven approach to manage fraud at scale. As a Payments Risk Analyst with the Card, Mobile, and PayPal Analytics team, you will be tasked with performing both routine and intensive analyses to assess risk, monitor performance, and mitigate card and digital wallet payment fraud globally. You will work closely with other analysts, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver a best-in-class, risk-adjusted payment experience.

  • 1+ years experience performing data analysis and querying large datasets across complex databases
