About this team and role:
We’re looking for a data science leader to guide and grow a high-impact team focused on Mozilla’s expanding portfolio of monetized products and services. What you’ll do:
- Lead and scale a high-performing data science team, driving strategy and execution across monetized features and surfaces.
- Balance business goals and user trust by defining a monetization framework that supports privacy and user-first principles.
- Translate data into impact through deep analysis, clear insights, and the development of metrics, dashboards, and self-serve reporting tools that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.

- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and applied data analytics. Proficiency in Python, as well as SQL.
- Strong understanding of privacy-preserving technologies and how they can be applied within advertising or monetization contexts.

About the Role
As Alliance Manager for Starlink at Armada, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and revenue growth through Armada’s partnership with SpaceX, resulting in a high volume of co-sell deals with Starlink annually. This role will serve as the central liaison between Armada’s sales organization and Starlink working to align joint selling efforts, managing deal registrations, and accelerating pipeline generation and deal closures.
This role is critical to Armada’s GTM strategy and will have a very high impact across all sales verticals globally (commercial, energy, public sector, etc.), requiring strong cross functional coordination and frequent updates to Armada’s leadership.

Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will serve as a key contributor to optimizing Bend Health’s clinical workforce productivity and care delivery operations. This role will support scheduling optimization, performance analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to improve member outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, interpreting data, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires strong analytical skills, comfort working across multiple systems, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:
Data & Productivity Analysis:
- Analyze clinical workforce productivity, identifying trends and areas for improvement across providers and service lines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making across clinical operations.
- Recommend scheduling and staffing adjustments based on capacity, performance data, and demand forecasting.

Scheduling Optimization:
